• Setup of the router
• Configuration of settings including SSID, wireless security, firewall settings and port forwarding (if required)
• Site survey for signal quality assessment
• Connection, integration, and troubleshooting for all your wireless devices such as printers, tablets, notebooks, and audio/visual devices

For in-home services: For your safety, we will show you proper identification upon arrival. You need to make sure that an adult (someone 18 or older) is present during the entire time we are in your home. We will need consent to enter your home, a safe working environment and full access to all the technology devices requiring attention.
